Abstract Background The knowledge about job demands, control, and support, their potential associations with burnout risk among physicians in Sweden, is limited. This study aimed to explore (i) factors of the JobDemand-Control-Support (J-DCS) model across different groups (ii) association high risk, (iii) buffering impact control support. ABSTRACT Burnout is a significant issue among healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, due to high workloads and emotional demands. However, limited research has explored burnout primary nurses in Saudi Arabia, who play vital role delivery. This study aims address this gap by investigating levels their association with anxiety, depression self‐efficacy nurses. A cross‐sectional survey design was employed, 161 from the Qassim region, Arabia. Data were collected using Maslach Inventory, Patient Health Questionnaire‐4 General Self‐Efficacy Scale. Pearson correlation logistic regression used analyse associations between variables. prevalence of risk (78.9%) observed. Emotional exhaustion detected 35.4%, depersonalisation 44.7% low personal accomplishment 57.8%. Anxiety ( r = 0.707, p < 0.01) 0.564, positively correlated exhaustion, while negatively −0.260, 0.05). Logistic analysis revealed that anxiety (OR 5.784, 95% CI: 2.056–16.269) 6.625, 2.979–14.737) predictors burnout.
