Due to the fast-changing environments caused by artificial intelligence development, socio-technical challenge in contemporary educational systems focuses on need for more regulative measures guiding system stakeholders’ behavior. In fulfilling present legal gap, enacted soft law regulation has been laid out, and a detailed systematic literature review was conducted paper presented. The specific methodological approach selected deal with two crucial research tasks: reveal recommend fundamental governing mechanisms regarding use application of generative intelligence; precisely, large language models systems. Three systematically guided layers quantitative qualitative content analysis central policy, legislation, regulatory AI education were extracted from 142 Scopus Database Web Science papers analyzed These findings benefit policymakers, legislative bodies, agencies constructing frames using applying education.

Published: Dec. 1, 2023

BACKGROUND Since its public release on 30 November 2022, ChatGPT has shown a promising potential in diverse healthcare applications, despite challenges related to ethics, privacy issues, and possible biases. Bibliometric analysis is useful tool assess the themes recommendations of most cited publications field utility healthcare, newly emerging research topic. OBJECTIVE To identify top ten different scientific databases future trajectory needed based these influential papers. METHODS The study employed an advanced search three databases: Scopus, Web Science, Google Scholar ChatGPT-related records education, research, practice between 27 2023. Ranking was retrieved citation count each database. Other metrics evaluated included Semantic highly citations, PlumX metrics, Altmetric Attention Scores (AASs). RESULTS A total 22 unique published 17 journals from 14 publishers were identified databases. Only two found 10 list across Variable publication types with common being editorial/commentary (n=8/22, 36.4%). Nine out had corresponding authors affiliated institutions United States (40.9%). range varied per database highest (1019–121), Scopus (242–88), Science (171–23). Significant positive correlations detected citations (Spearman’s correlation coefficient (ρ)=.840, P<.001), captures (ρ=.831, mentions (ρ=.609, P=.004), AASs (ρ=.542, P=.009). papers recommended exploring use streamlining clinical workflow, investigation ethical use, usefulness medical writing, mitigating misinformation risks. CONCLUSIONS Despite several acknowledged limitations, bibliometric this showed evolving landscape highlighted trajectories swiftly subject. This need for more rigorous studies evaluate performance as aid ability enhance workflow. There urgent collaborative initiatives by all stakeholders involved establish guidelines ethical, transparent, responsible healthcare.
