Metabolite identification in untargeted metabolomics is complex, with the risk of false positive annotations. This work aims to use machine learning successively predict retention time (Rt) and collision cross-section (CCS) an open-access database accelerate interpretation metabolomic results. Standards metabolites were tested using liquid chromatography coupled high-resolution mass spectrometry. In CCSBase QSRR predictor models, experimental results used generate predicted CCS Rt Human Metabolome Database. From 542 standards, 266 301 compounds detected negative electrospray ionization mode, respectively, corresponding 380 different metabolites. then tools for almost 114,000 R2 score linear regression between measured data achieved 0.938 0.898 Rt, demonstrating models' reliability. A index filter mean error ± 2 standard deviations could remove most misidentifications. Its application generated from a toxicology study on tobacco cigarettes reduced hits by 76%. Regarding volume produced metabolomics, practical workflow provided allows implementation valuable large-scale databases improve biological data.
