Abstract Introduction: Berberine chloride (BER), a well-known medicine for treating gastroenteritis, was renovated into topical application by using nanoparticle platform with ethyl cellulose (EC) and lecithin (LEC). Method: BER prepared nanoparticles solvent evaporation method, the effects of LEC, BER, EC were analyzed JMP artificial neural network. The structure permeation mechanism system predicted based on inputs particle size, polydispersity index (PDI), encapsulation efficiency. optimal sample infrared DSC spectra, TEM images. Obtained loaded (i) ionic Sepimax Zen gel non—ionic hydroxyethy Cellulose (HEC) drug study (in-vitro and ex-vivo). Results: The average size obtained less than 200 nm negative Zeta potential. Data analysis showed that while proportions affected Z (nm) values, it did not have significant impact EE (%). Based results from IR, DSC, analysis, illustrated as core structure, whereas BER or LEC are more water-soluble compounds dynamic in nanosuspension. Despite low %, ex-vivo data confirmed nanoparticle-gel provided better raw-suspension gel. In addition, two distinct gelling types pre-neutralized ZEN hydroxyl proposed. While exhibited higher retention HEC offered permeability. Conclusion: This BER-EC-LEC an interesting application.

Allergic Eczema (AE) is a chronic, relapsing skin condition that significantly affects the quality of life AE patients and their caretakers. Decades scientific clinical research has helped understand highly complex underpinnings presentation wherein multitude variables, including conspicuous variables such as environmental allergens, immunological triggers, genetic predisposition individuals, to more nuanced socio-economic status, play an important part. Given complexity disease, it imperative develop biomarkers enabling early reliable identifications help in active management thereby minimizing impact burden disease on patients. In this mini review, we provide brief overview AE, affected demographics, trigger its onset, summarize discovery various total specific serum IgE levels, Th2 cytokine filaggrin (FLG) mutations, periostin levels skin, etc. have been developed over years further improve state monitoring progression. Lastly, also interventions therapies, topical agents, phototherapy, biologics, are available manage AE-related complications. While vastly improved standard care diagnosis for patients, there still many unmet needs developing non-invasive, effective, predictors which can usher better personalized treatments demographics.

Probiotics play a crucial role in maintaining human health, particularly intestinal health. However, their application has been hindered by issues related to stability, survival through the gastrointestinal tract, and effective delivery target sites. Encapsulating probiotics within liposomes not only protects them from environmental factors such as light, oxygen, temperature but also shields harmful influences like gastric acid bile. In addition, encapsulation promotes growth, release, absorption of intestines. This study reviews characteristics advantages, discusses current state knowledge liposomes. Additionally, investigates how digestive process affects performance probiotics, focusing on structural changes that occur both probiotic-loaded Finally, challenges future directions field liposome-delivered probiotics. Liposome represents an innovative technology significantly enhances stability bioavailability thereby offering improved protection for individuals' novel approach creates new possibilities advantages realm health is anticipated receive broader applications future.

Vesicles, are categorized as artificial (i.e., liposomes) or natural extracellular vesicles (EVs)) and play significant roles in drug-delivery biomarker-screening applications. Liposomes, a representative form of vesicle, spherical lipid structures composed one more artificially synthesized phospholipid bilayers. Liposomes highly biocompatible bioavailable, very stable, easily synthesized; hence, they among the most commonly used frequently applied nanocarriers targeted systems (DDS). EVs small membrane-bound actively secreted by cells contain variety components, including nucleic acids, proteins, lipids. They also serve important mediators intercellular communication. As smallest EV subtype, with diameters only 30-100 nm, exosomes unique biomolecules that considered to be fingerprints parent cells. In pathological state, content will change; consequently, potential disease-diagnosis biomarkers. Recent clinical trials have shown ideal therapies for diseases. Compared traditional liposomal carriers, display advantages provide DDS field new possibilities. receiving increasing levels attention fields. This article introduces techniques preparation liposomes, enrichment separation exosomes, delves into research progress on their use Finally, challenges facing liposomes applications discussed.

Introduction Berberine (BER), an isoquinoline alkaloid derived from the plant Berberis Vulgaris, is traditionally used to treat different types of disorders, such as cancer. However, its therapeutic application limited due poor solubility and low bioavailability. So, main objective present work was synthesize BER-loaded liposomes enhance BER. were synthesized using thin-film hydration method. Methods The prepared characterized for size, surface charge, in vitro release, cytotoxicity. Then, nano-liposomes enrich gummy candies, physicochemical properties water activity (aw), instrumental texture, sensory perception products tested. Results Discussion cell viability assay performed on MKN-45P gastric cancer lines, results revealed that liposome had better cytotoxicity cells than free IC50 values calculated be 66.72 µg/mL 52.58 BER liposomes, respectively. Flow cytometric analysis demonstrated a significant anticancer effect compared These findings indicate encapsulating preserves antioxidant enhances
