Nigella
sativa
(NS)
is
an
annual
herb
belonging
to
the
Ranunculaceae
family,
also
known
as
black
cumin
or
seed.
This
plant
has
been
used
since
ancient
times
due
its
therapeutic
properties

in
gastrointestinal,
respiratory,
cardiovascular,
infectious,
inflammatory

review,
