Abstract

Abstract
The
utilization
of
grape
stems,
a
by‐product

industry,

valuable
bioactive
compounds,

eco‐friendly
extraction
methods
for
obtaining
polyphenols
from

Vitis
vinifera

green
solvents
and

techniques.

tested,

use
water
polyethylene
glycol
(PEG)
solvents,
along
with
maceration,
microwave,
ultrasound,
reduced‐pressure

(HPLC–ESI‐MS/MS)
