Nanoengineered
encapsulation

study,
we
utilized
advanced
imaging
techniques,

vitro
vivo,
investigate
whether
neurons
internalise
designed
delivery.
High-resolution
live-cell
revealed
that
differentiating
N2A
cells
actively
microcapsules,
often
incorporating
multiple
capsules
per
cell.
Likewise,
primary
hippocampal
cortical
were
observed
effectively
polymeric
microcapsules.

multiplexed
two-photon
excitation
vivo
confirmed
internalisation
of

This

time-dependent,
correlated
with

macropinocytosis
