Objective This systematic review meta-analysis aimed to quantify of dietary habits among worldwide. Data Sources PubMed, Web Science, Embase were searched from inception October 5, 2023. Extraction We included observational studies published English that reported quality scores intake quantities during before adults. total 22 cohort 20 cross-sectional high or moderate quality. Analysis conducted meta-analysis, expressing as standardized mean differences (SMD) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). For low heterogeneity, we used fixed-effects model; otherwise, applied random-effects model. Newcastle–Ottawa Scale was employed by 2 reviewers independently evaluate methodological analysis indicated that, overall, juice increased (SMD = 0.12, CI: 0.04 0.20), while alcohol consumption reduced −0.28, −0.47 −0.08). However, age-stratified results varied. Among fruit, dairy products, sugar, increased. Adolescents showed an increase meal frequency vegetable intake. Young carbohydrate intakes, protein product intakes increased, based limited studies. Conclusion Dietary changes children mixed, behavior adolescents tended more positive. Considering lasting effects negative behaviors, attention should given addressing sugar intakes. It is also crucial caregivers researchers monitor whether positive behaviors will rebound after returning normal study life. Systematic Review Registration PROSPERO registration no. CRD42023420923.

The transition period from adolescence to early adulthood is critical for developing new nutritional behaviors, making higher education students an important target group public health nutrition interventions. Given the complexity of nutrition-related behaviors and their various determinants, involving student population (the future beneficiaries interventions) partners engaged in implementation when designing campus interventions essential. Citizens' assemblies are deliberative processes which more frequently organized co-create solutions complex problems. This study aims 1) design implement a citizens' assembly using participatory research methods, 2) describe its process evaluate transferability, 3) changes dietary habits, knowledge citizen practices among participating this assembly.

Clusters were formed using non-supervised k-means algorithm. The gain 0.56 kg 0.6). cluster analysis exposed three different patterns behavioral changes, despite no significant differences or BMI between clusters. These groups have experienced change dynamics over follow-up duration. first (n 210) reported fewer changes sleep quality quantity less snacking frequency (p ≤ 0.001). second 200) significantly lower levels stress than other clusters third 183) differed others, more degraded throughout 0.01). However, eating body not significant.During lockdown, occurred, both health-favorable non-health-favorable, yet they had minor impact once restrictive measures lifted. identification suggests that, such constraining situations, personalized recommendations should be provided.
