Genellikle sağlık ya da hayvan hakları sebebiyle olmak üzere farklı sebeplerle insanlar vegan ve vejetaryen beslenme şekillerini tercih etmektedir. Geçmişten günümüze tarzını benimseyen kişilerin sayısının artış gösterdiği görülmektedir. Vegan beslenme, sadece insanların sağlıklı uzun bir ömür sürme arzularından ileri gelen ihtiyaca cevap vermemektedir. Bununla birlikte beslenenler dışarıda yemek yediklerinde özellikle çalışanların bilgi eksikliği dolayısıyla çeşitli sorunlarla karşılaşmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu araştırmanın temel amacı, Türkiye’deki yiyecek-içecek sektöründe tarzına yönelik tutumlarının düzeylerinin bazı demografik değişkenler açısından farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ortaya koymaktır. Veri toplama tekniği olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler bağımsız örneklem t- testi, ANOVA Açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları işletmelerinde çalışan personellerinin beslenmeye kısmen yeterli olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışma sonucunda restoran çalışanlarına ihtiyaçlarını karşılama konusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The Mediterranean diet (MD) has been previously proven to have various health-related benefits; however, its effect on women's reproductive health over a lifespan is yet be summarized. This study aimed summarize the evidence-based knowledge regarding association between MD and selected outcomes. In this systematic and meta-analytic review, we examined the current evidence on positive psychological variables between individuals who consumed meat abstained from consumption. After systematically searching five online databases for primary research outcomes in consumers abstainers, 19 studies with 94,204 participants (nmeat = 82,449, nmeat abstainers 9,964) met inclusion/exclusion criteria. The were self-esteem, satisfaction life, mental health. secondary affect, well-being, vigor, optimism, happiness, meaning life.
