The aim of the article was to evaluate dynamics impairment activity and participation in patients after cholecystectomy according ICF classification under influence a physical rehabilitation program. study involved 46 people aged 25 60 years, who were randomly divided into two groups: control group (CG) (n=20), took only medications, main (MG) (n=26), where engaged hydrokinesitherapy (3 months, 2 times week moderate intensity, session duration 40 minutes) received medication. To assess participation, biopsychosocial model based on ICF, disability, health used. Methods statistical analysis depending distribution sample using Student's parametric criteria. results considered reliable at p<0,05. showed that I able walk longer distances by 17.3% (p<0,05), II - 38.5% (p<0,01), which reflected their endurance everyday life rehabilitation. Patients bowel movements 23.6% 31.7% created comfort both groups, respectively, 21.4% 33.1% (p<0,05, p<0,001). managed adhere diet healthy lifestyle, maintain 17.2% 40.5% 32.6% 51.5% (p<0,01). In life, do household chores relationships 41.3% 23.0% 43.9% 27.4% respectively. 44.1% return full-time work, 63.7% (p<0,01, Family support maximized 30.1%, compared (19.0%), p<0,05). Conclusions. proved program with inclusion hydrokinesiotherapy has more positive (p<0,001), and, accordingly, quality such patients, as opposed conventional medical treatment.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) being a complex disease, commonly exhibits multifaceted presentations, rendering its treatment challenging and necessitating specific approaches. The tumor immune microenvironment is crucial in cancer treatment, cholesterol metabolism key component that helps cells grow produce vital metabolites. However, the reprogramming of (TME) can promote HCC development, classifiers relating to are currently limited. Despite significant progress, further research needed improve early detection, liver function, options patient outcomes. To evaluate expression abundance (TIME) 8 types cells, we comprehensively evaluated cell composition, extracellular matrix alterations, activity relevant signaling pathways TIME through nine patients, stromal scoring, purity infiltration analysis, pathway enrichment. Subsequently, utilized machine learning techniques construct prognostic models for both microenvironment, exploring mutation burden, levels, drug sensitivity different subtypes patients. Our study constructed three screening identify patients with high low TIME, who have poorer prognosis. On contrary, often better Furthermore, identified chemical compounds, such as BPD-00008900, ML323, Doramapimod, AZD2014, which display chemotherapy results high-risk sub-groups.

Cholecystectomy is commonly performed to address gallstone diseases, including the development of gallstones, which can lead symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Bile acids (BAs) produced by liver are primarily stored concentrated in gallbladder (GB). After cholecystectomy, body's ability digest lipids reduced due absence GB. Post-cholecystectomy syndrome (PCS) occur when manifest after surgery. The purpose this review look at various effects different dietary factors on patients undergoing how they affect their overall health surgery, contribute PCS. Some individuals may experience mild discomfort or alterations bowel patterns, especially consuming high-fat meals. findings from conducted studies suggest that, although changes a common recommendation, these measures not sufficiently supported evidence it comes alleviating improving outcomes post-cholecystectomy. found that subjects who consumed particular foods, processed meat fried fatty had exacerbated cholecystectomy. Further still required understand precise food might post-surgical symptoms, well outcomes, develop tailored enhance patient care long-term prognosis

Topicality. There is a need to review the potential long-term negative consequences of gallbladder removal (GBR), especially associated risk further metabolic syndrome (MS), considering rehabilitation prognosis patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). The Aim Research conduct synthesis and analysis scientific literature that studies risks MS foe people LC determine whether there are factors for among at stage who were in Morshynkurort sanatorium-resort complex. Methods. A works, retrospective 100 medical records rehabilitated complex was carried out. Inclusion criteria: charts from 1 month year intervention. Randomization, blinding evaluators. Outcome measures: triglycerides (units), fasting plasma glucose (mmol/L), systolic blood pressure (mm Hg), diastolic Hg). Results. has high prognostic MS, bowel cancer, cardiovascular disease, dysbiosis, pancreatic inflammation. It been established (СС) significantly increases developing MS. revealed 3 existing criteria presence MC undergoing sanatorium treatment: (2,10 ± 0,30, mmol/L) – above 1,7; (6,20 0,56, 5,6; elevated (systolic diastolic). Conclusions. Patients stages have found signs assessment modifiable CC should be mandatory when planning individual programs.
