Background and objectives: Depression often results in premature aging, which increases the risk of other chronic diseases, but very few studies have analyzed association between epigenetic biomarkers aging depressive symptoms. Similarly, limited research has examined joint effects adherence to Mediterranean diet (MedDiet) chronotype on symptoms, accounting for sex differences. Therefore, these are objectives our investigation a population at high cardiovascular risk. Introduction Anxiety disorder is a common mental illness, yet its specific mechanisms remain unclear. Recent research has revealed connection between gut microbiota and anxiety disorders. This study aims to assess the current global landscape, highlight topics of interest, explore future directions in field disorders microbiota. Methods We extracted review articles related from Web Science, covering period 2004 2023. used VOSviewer 1.6.18.0, Scimago Graphica, CiteSpace 6.2. R2 visualize contributions countries, institutions, journals, authors, citations, keywords this field. Result A total 1198 were included bibliometric analysis. Over past two decades, both publications citations have shown steady increase. China, United States, Canada top three countries terms publication output. John Cryan University College Cork had highest number citation impact area research. The journal Nutrients publications, while Brain Behavior Immunity most citations. Key themes recent years anxiety, microbiota, depression, stress, gut-brain axis, probiotics, all which are likely be important directions. Conclusion analysis key areas emerging trends, including risk factors, stressors, inflammatory responses, probiotics. These insights can guide researchers towards more comprehensive understanding advancements field, help shape facilitate identification new therapeutic targets for disorder, ultimately improving clinical outcomes.

The association between the Mediterranean diet (MED) and dietary approach to stop hypertension (DASH) with some mental disorders is well-documented. However, a consistent relationship young adults as vulnerable population has yet be known. Therefore, we aimed investigate relation Iranian male adults' mood happiness state DASH/MED patterns. Participants' mean age was 23.65 ± 1.74 years, within range of 18-28 their BMI 24.23 3.82 kg/m². After adjusting for all covariates, those in highest DASH tertile had 54% lower odds poor compared lowest (OR = 0.46; 95%CI: 0.24, 0.88). An inverse also found low scores T3 vs. T1 0.51, 0.27, 0.96). No significant MED or happiness. results showed that participants who adhered more closely were less likely report being unhappy having mood. Further prospective studies are required confirm these findings.

This review summarises literature composition function these conditions, provides insights about causality mechanisms evaluates current for microbiome-based interventions disorders. Most studies exploring disorders are small, cross-sectional studies. Nevertheless, some consistent findings emerge. Bacterial taxa such as Eubacterium, Coprococcus Faecalibacterium may be depleted GAD. Studies PD SAD scarce and, our knowledge, there have been no conducted agoraphobia. Probiotics help reduce symptoms, although majority non-clinical cohorts. Objective: This study aims to identify the association between adherence healthy eating, using Lebanese Mediterranean Diet Scale (LMDS), and cardiovascular risk factors in population. Materials Methods: A cross-sectional a multistage cluster sample was conducted Lebanon. Sociodemographic characteristics were collected through structured interviews self-administered questionnaires. The LMDS assessed dietary habits. associations diabetes, dyslipidemia, disease investigated stratification analysis. Results: included 2048 people (mean age: 41.54 ± 17.09 years). Higher diet associated with older age (Beta = 0.175, p < 0.001), being female 0.085, married 0.054, 0.047), participating regular physical activity 0.142, having 0.115, 0.001) diabetes 0.055, 0.043). Stratification analysis by (CVD) consistently demonstrated these associations. Conclusions: These findings suggest that demographic health influence population’s diet.
