Background/Objectives: This study investigates the relationship between diet quality and body image disturbance among young women aged 18–24, a crucial period for establishing lifelong health behaviors. Given increasing exposure to social media, which often promotes unrealistic beauty standards, this research aims explore associations eating behaviors, quality, disturbance. Methods: A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative focus group discussions with quantitative analysis. Focus groups (n = 19) explored themes of dissatisfaction. The Body Image Disturbance Questionnaire (BIDQ) administered 50 participants (young 18–24) quantitatively assess disturbance, while evaluated using Australian Recommended Food Scores (ARFS). Background: Social media platforms such as TikTok are significant sources of nutrition information for adolescents and young adults, who vulnerable to unregulated, algorithm-driven content. This often spreads misinformation, impacting adolescent adult health dietary behaviors. Objectives: While previous research has explored misinformation on other platforms, remains underexamined, so this study aimed at evaluating the landscape nutrition-related content TikTok. Methods: evaluated by (1) identifying common topics creator types; (2) assessing quality accuracy using evidence-based frameworks, (3) analyzing engagement metrics likes, comments, shares. Background: Young women spend 50 min daily on social media (SM); thus, SM platforms are promising for health interventions. This study tested the feasibility and preliminary efficacy of co-designed intervention Daily Health Coach (DHC). The DHC is a 3-month healthy lifestyles programme, targeting eating, physical activity, wellbeing behaviours in aged 18–24, via dissemination nutrition content platform Instagram. Methods: programme was using an assessor-blinded, two-arm pilot randomised controlled trial with 46 participants over 12 weeks. Engagement assessed metrics; acceptability post-programme questionnaires; included retention, randomisation, recruitment, data collection.
