Background/Objectives: This study explores the potential of integrating mindfulness and Mediterranean lifestyle into corporate wellness programs to enhance workplace well-being. Methods: A survey 485 employees from Greece Cyprus examined how mindfulness, resilience, adherence lifestyle, work ability are connected. Results: Pearson correlation analysis showed statistically significant positive relationships between (p < 0.001 p 0.001, respectively). Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a major health issue defined by central obesity and at least two more of the following factors: high triglycerides, low high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, blood pressure, fasting glucose. Managing MetS involves lifestyle changes, with adherence to Mediterranean diet (MeDi) playing crucial role. MeDi, emphasizing consumption whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, olive oil, has been linked reduced risk type 2 diabetes improved glucoregulation.
