SARS-CoV, an RNA virus, is contagious and displays a remarkable degree of adaptability, resulting in intricate disease presentations marked by frequent genetic mutations that can ultimately give rise to drug resistance. Targeting its viral replication cycle could be potential therapeutic option counter growth the human body leading severe infectious stage. The Mpro SARS-CoV-2 promising target for development as it crucial transcription replication. derivatives β-diketone coumarin have already been reported their antiviral and, thus, are considered scaffold current study computational design analogs targeting SARS-CoV-2. In our study, we used novel diketone-hinged against MPro develop broad-spectrum agent Through analysis pharmacokinetics docking studies, identified list top 10 compounds demonstrated effectiveness inhibiting virus. On basis analyses, 5 were synthesized characterized. thermodynamic stability KS82 KS94 was confirmed molecular dynamics, simulated system indicated inhibitory nature. Abstract AcAc (β‐acetylacetonate) are among the first ligands ever to be studied. They form stable complexes with most metals. During 1960s, their sulfur derivatives were introduced, including AcSac (β‐thioketonate), SacSac (β‐dithioketonate) and SacNac (β‐thioketoiminate). These exhibit contrasting reactivity, stereochemical, magnetic spectral properties formed complexes. Sulfur ligand‐based at pinnacle in early 1970s, but fell into disuse, due lack of methodologies for obtaining them absence synthetic tools structural modification. As an effort promote study application these sulfur‐ligands; this review will address history, they bring metal centers potential applications.

Objectives Immortelle has garnered global attention for its cosmetic, medicinal, and culinary applications worldwide. Apart from neryl acetate, α-pinene γ-curcumene as the most important components estimation of essential oil quality, in recent years a group β-diketones, known italidiones, appear significant quality parameters. However, it is unknown how weather conditions (temperature precipitation) influence their accumulation hydrosol, nor anti-inflammatory potential. Methods This study investigates chemical composition immortelle hydrosol over three successive (2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22), by GC-FID GC-MS analysis. In silico molecular docking model with Vascular Adhesion Protein-1 (VAP-1) was used simulation potential well other β-diketones present hydrosol. Results During three-year trial, established that compounds such α-pinene, italicene were positively correlated temperature negatively precipitation, total italidiones. Moreover, trans-caryophyllene, γ-curcumene, ar-curcumene negative correlation temperature, slight positive precipitation. On side, content both italidiones strongly temperatures, which opposite oil. Additionally, findings indicated could bind human VAP-1 protein vicinity topiquinone block function. Conclusion Weather affect variations volatile some cases can changes olfactory characteristics, criteria prescribed standards, even biological activities. These results indicate immortelle, may be responsible activity.
