The Ternate Blue Pea, renowned for its antibacterial properties and native to the northern Maluku islands, has been a subject of scientific investigation. Despite previous studies on this plant, potential antibiofilm activity against Staphylococcus aureus (SA) remained unexplored. This research aimed assess efficacy Pea flower extract (TBPE) in inhibiting eradicating SA biofilm activity. Antibiofilm was evaluated using microtiter broth method, with minimum inhibitory concentration (MBIC50) eradication (MBEC50) values serving as determinants. mechanism elucidated through scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Statistical analysis conducted ANOVA (p<0.05). Results revealed that TBPE inhibited growth by 85.20% ± 0.01, slightly lower than control Vancomycin at 88.00% 0.01. In test, exhibited significant during mid-phase (81.40% 0.01) preventing formation maturation phase (78.14% biofilm, whereas demonstrated higher both (85.40% (82.00% biofilm. disrupted 74.44% while marginally more effective disruption value 77.00% SEM confirmed could inhibit breakdown damaged extracellular polymer (EPS) matrix biofilms. conclusion, exhibits promising SA.Keywords: Antibacterial,

Owing to the spread of resistance between pathogenic bacteria, searching for novel compounds with antibacterial activity is essential. Here, we investigated potential Greek clover or Trigonella foenum-graecum herb extract on Salmonella typhimurium clinical isolates. The chemical profile was initially determined using LC-ESI-MS/MS, which explored 36 different compounds. Interestingly, fenugreek possessed action in vitro minimum inhibitory concentrations 64 512 µg/mL. mechanism studied by elucidating effect membrane properties S. including inner and outer permeability integrity. Throughout history, from ancient times to the present day in our contemporary and industrialized period, ensuring availability of safe hygienic food has been a significant challenge for human population. With global population steadily increasing, there is growing need animal-based items. Consequently, livestock sectors face mounting pressure enhance productivity sustainability. Hence, farmer, manufacturer, producers, researchers are seeking nutritional supplements that might improve production performance animals. Lactoferrin (Lf) miracle molecule newly discovered multifunction protein found milk other exocrine secretions. LF demonstrated wide range biological activities, including antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, immunomodulatory, hepatoprotective, anti-osteoporotic allied pathophysiological conditions. These properties make lactoferrin promising candidate improving health livestock. used as dietary supplement animals growth, productivity, overall health. Additionally, it improves digestibility absorption nutrients intestine. Furthermore, also reduces dependency on antibiotics alleviates environmental consequences caused by cattle husbandry. Although existing data indicates may be beneficial element sustainable production, further research required comprehensively comprehend its molecular processes, appropriate doses, possible negative effects when supplement. This review aims provide comprehensive understanding applications surrounding industry.
