Patients with overactive bladder syndrome-wet (OAB-wet) experience urgency urinary incontinence, particularly frequency and nocturia. Nocturnal enuresis (NE) is less addressed among OAB-wet patients. The study evaluated the prevalence of NE, lower tract symptoms (LUTS), urodynamic factors, social factors in patient. Over three years, adult women incontinence were enrolled. A comprehensive questionnaire, including baseline characteristics, LUTS, fatigue, stress, partner relationship was completed by participants. NE defined as complaint intermittent that occurs during main sleep period. Urodynamics performed on every patient to assess function. Of 203 patients (age: 64.45 years), 46.4% had NE. higher scores intermittency, slow stream, straining, hesitancy, post micturition dribble, nocturia, stress than non-NE. a more parity numbers, diuretic, hypnotic, prokinetic use, smoking. likely reported anxiety, distress. Urodynamic studies revealed detrusor overactivity, underactivity, low compliance In conclusion, those without impacts patients' life aggravating fatigues, distress women.

Arthritis and overactive bladder (OAB) are both common diseases, but the association between them remains unclear. The aim of our research is to investigate possible link with regard arthritis OAB. Our study's data was sourced from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database 2005 2020. Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS) used diagnose OAB, while health questionnaire arthritis. This utilized weighted logistic regression evaluate correlation OAB To ensure robustness these results, subgroup analyses along interaction tests were performed. comprised 24,436 participants. After correcting for all covariates, we found a positive (OR = 1.37, 95% CI: 1.22, 1.54). Stratified by type, there osteoarthritis (OA) 1.40, 1.62). Fetal bladder rupture is rare and mainly caused by lower urinary tract obstruction (LUTO). Our case report describes a at gestational age of 31 weeks following high-dose maternal opioid exposure during intensive care treatment. Opioids perturb the interplay afferent efferent signals between bladder, urethra, central nervous system (CNS) which crucial in contributing to retention. They rapidly cross human placenta, affecting also fetus. To date, there no clear proof connection treatment fetal rupture, but association seems strengthen. A 18-year old first Gravida gestation developed severe sepsis with progressive hypoxic lung failure need for intubation. During ICU-treatment, several opioids were administered sedation pain relief. Four days after induction ultrasound revealed decompressed hematoma significant ascites. ascites was suspected. caesarean section performed 33 due massive ascites, deterioration imminent abdominal compartment syndrome. This investigation aimed to determine the prevalence and biofilm-forming potentials of bacterial uropathogenic among primary school pupils in Yola North, Adamawa State. A total 120 clean mid-stream urine samples were collected from apparently healthy children antimicrobial susceptibility isolated pathogen by Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method while potential standard methods. The result showed 26 % had significant bacteria growth with Gram-negative as highest. infectivity pattern age group 8-10 highest percentage (35%) followed 5-7 11-13 22.5% 20% respectively. Six pathogens which are E. coli (41.9%) is most prevalent isolate Staphylococcus aureus (29.0%), Pseudomonas sp. (9.7%), Klebsiella Enterobacter (6.5%), Proteus (3.3%). antibiotic sensitivity test an alarming resistance level nearly all tested antibiotics showing multi-drug resistant strains. Biofilm-forming depict strongest S. aureus. high occurrence asymptomatic UTIs observed poses a public health concern. Thus, routine diagnostic exercise recommended for early detection prompt treatment pathogens.
