Background: Resveratrol (RSV) is a natural polyphenol that offers antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and chemopreventive benefits. This project determined the ability of RSV-loaded nanoparticles (NP) to inhibit growth lung tumor spheroids in vitro. Methods: RSV was encapsulated NP comprised biodegradable polymer, acetalated dextran. A549 cancer cells two-dimensional three-dimensional cell culture models were exposed free evaluate their effect on proliferation spheroid formation growth. For prevention studies, day 0, for treatment dosed with same formulations 5 after had fully formed.
