Resveratrol is a natural compound that can be found in red wine, grapes, and berries. It has attracted attention due to its potential health benefits. The aim of this review was align ways retaining resveratrol contents berries products made berries, show which agricultural processing techniques maximize the content their how achieved. scientific literature revealed concentration berry-derived varies significantly depending on source applied. range from 0.03–0.06 mg/kg blueberries 5–10 grape skins. Agricultural such as controlled water stress (e.g., increasing grapes 8.3–11.5 mg/kg), optimal sun exposure enhancing 1.5–2.1 balanced nutrient management, selecting high-resveratrol cultivars up 15 certain grapes) substantially increase content. Processing methods like cold pressing, centrifugation, ultrafiltration, freeze-drying are effective preserving levels, while traditional pasteurization tends reduce concentration. For instance, high-temperature short-time juice 1.5 0.8 mg/kg, whereas pressing retains more (1.5 1.4 mg/kg). By optimizing these techniques, manufacturers enhance products, meeting growing consumer demand for health-enhancing supporting healthier society. This approach aligns with commitment overcoming technical challenges associated use, ensuring fully realized both health-related non-health-related applications.

Cancer research is an on-going field aimed at discovering novel treatments for various stages of the disease. Although chemo and hormonal therapy have been found to be effective in treating cancer, there are still challenges draw a parallel with them, such as therapeutic resistance repetitiveness, which make disease difficult control. Therefore, it imperative explore alternative therapies that can provide better treatment outcomes. The present work towards potential use phytochemicals, particularly flavonoids Citrus medica leaves, breast cancer. Using chromatographic techniques, flavanone, compound citrus extract, was isolated its structure characterized using UV, FTIR, HPLC, NMR, MS analyses, well comparisons literature. anticancer activity flavanone evaluated standard MTT test against commonly used cancer cell(MCF-7). Additionally, study investigated combination effect synthetic drug, 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2DG), on MCF-7 cells. findings reveal combined flavones 2DG had IC50 values 57.10 34.09µg/ml, respectively. This fusion provides promising evidence drug may enhance effectiveness by improving transport reducing required dose. Additional confirm these results investigate phytochemicals' replacement
