MiRNAs could play an important role in tumorigenesis and progression. The oncoprotein MDM2 (murine double minute 2) was identified as a negative regulator of the tumour suppressor p53. This study aims to analyse expression target miRNA candidates (miR-3613-3p, miR-371b-5p miR-3658) gene oral squamous cell carcinoma margin samples their association with selected socio-demographic clinicopathological characteristics. group consisted 50 patients. miRNAs levels were assessed by qPCR. analysis showed only one them, i.e., miR-3613-3p. We found no statistically significant differences miR-3613-3p compared samples. When analysing effect smoking on expression, we demonstrated difference between smokers non-smokers. In addition, level some clinical parameters (T, N G). Our demonstrates that overexpression is involved progression OSCC. indicates possesses potential prognostic values.

Breast cancer (BC) is the largest contributor to deaths in women worldwide. Various parts of plants, including fruits, are known for their therapeutic properties and used traditional medicine. Fruit species exhibit anticancer activities due presence bioactive natural compounds such as flavonoids carotenoids. The Vaccinium spp. fleshy berry-like drupes rich compounds, with flavonols, flavanols, chalcones, phenolic acids major groups compounds. While there clear evidence linking berries a decreased risk BC both vivo vitro experiments, exact mechanisms involved protective effects extracts on cells not fully understood. Thus, purpose this review highlight action potential against experimental models.

Oral cavity and lip cancers are the 16th most common cancer in world. It is widely known that a lack of public knowledge about precancerous lesions, oral symptoms, risk factors leads to diagnostic delay therefore lower survival rate. Risk factors, which include drinking alcohol, smoking, HPV infection, pro-inflammatory factor-rich diet, poor hygiene, must be avoided by general population. Regular clinical examinations should enriched an search protocol for summarized this review. Moreover, new methods, some already available (vital tissue staining, optical imaging, cytology, salivary biomarkers, artificial intelligence, colposcopy, spectroscopy), newly researched techniques increase likelihood stopping pathological process at stage. Well-established treatments (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy) continuously being developed using novel technologies, increasing their success Additionally, researched. This review presents glance cancer—its current classification epidemiology—and will provide insights into development methods therapies.

Abstract Oral cancer is a disease with high mortality and rising incidence worldwide. Although fragmentary literature on the anti‐oral effects of plant products has been published, comprehensive analysis lacking. In this work, critical evaluation oral preventative or therapeutic dietary plants was conducted. An exhaustive available data supports that numerous exert anticancer effects, including suppression cell proliferation, viability, autophagy, angiogenesis, invasion, metastasis while promoting cycle arrest apoptosis. Plant extracts target several cellular mechanisms, such as reversal epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition promotion oxidative stress mitochondrial membrane dysfunction by modulation various signaling pathways. These agents were also found to regulate growth pathways action extracellular signal‐regulated kinase mitogen‐activated protein kinase, inflammation via cyclooxygenase (COX)‐1, COX‐2, nuclear factor‐κB p65, through influence cadherins matrix metalloproteinases. vivo studies support these findings demonstrate decrease in tumor burden, incidence, hyperplastic dysplastic changes. Clinical showed decreased risk. However, high‐quality should be conducted establish clinical efficacy plants. Overall, our study use plants, especially garlic, green tea, longan, peppermint, purple carrot, saffron, tomato, turmeric, for prevention intervention. further research required before application strategy.
