Energy storage is one of the key technologies supporting operation future power energy systems. The practical engineering applications large-scale stations are increasing, and evaluating their actual effects great significance. In order to scientifically reasonably evaluate operational effectiveness grid side stations, an evaluation method based on combined weights TOPSIS model proposed. Firstly, a brief introduction Jiangsu Zhenjiang station project, relatively complete indicator system has been established, including three aspects: charging discharging effect, efficiency, reliability; secondly, subjective objective indicators were calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process Entropy Weight Method, respectively. combination optimized weighting game theory; then, used effect stations; finally, data was analyzed, results verified rationality proposed methods.

As society evolves, companies produce more homogeneous products, shifting customers’ needs from functionality to emotions. Therefore, how quickly customers select products that meet their Kansei preferences has become a key concern. However, customer vary person and are ambiguous uncertain, posing challenge. To address this problem, paper proposes TF-KE-GRA-TOPSIS method integrates triangular fuzzy engineering (TF-KE) with Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) Technique for Order Preference by Similarity an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Firstly, evaluation system is constructed based on KE theory. A dynamic preference similarity decision matrix (TF-KPSDM) defined quantify satisfaction preferences. Secondly, objective weights derived using Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation (CRITIC) entropy, optimized through game theory achieve superior combined weights. Thirdly, the GRA-TOPSIS utilizes TF-KPSDM rank products. Finally, taking case of selection electric bicycles, results indicate proposed robustly avoids reversal achieves greater accuracy than comparative models. This study can help dynamically recommend preferences, increasing sales.

Bu çalışmada Türk havacılık sektörünün Kovid-19 küresel salgınından etkilenme düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla 2002-2022 yılları arasındaki verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden CRITIC ve PROMETHEE modelleri kullanılmıştır. yöntemiyle alternatiflere yönelik kriterlerin ağırlıkları belirlenmektedir. PROMETHE yöntemi ise alternatiflerin kriterlere göre sıralanmasında kullanılmaktadır. Çalışmada TÜİK verileri kullanılmış olup, araştırma veri seti sektörüne ait 8 kriteri içermektedir. kriterler; uçak sayısı, koltuk kapasitesi, iç hat taşınan yük, dış trafiği, yolcu sayısı şeklindedir. Söz konusu kriterler çerçevesinde yapılan analizde olumsuz yönde etkilendiği görülmektedir. Analiz sonucunda 2020 yılına performansın 2012 yılından daha kötü olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. 2021 performans 2015 yılının altındadır. 2022 yılı performansı 2019 kötüdür. Buna göre; etkilenmiştir ama sonrası her geçen yıl iyi bir sergilemektedir.

Power-grid investment (PGI) optimization is crucial for boosting performance, lowering risks, and assuring the sustainable development of power-grid businesses. However, existing studies, which primarily concentrate on financial aspects, have not adequately considered risk benefit factors in process PGI.
