Intelligence in Industry 4.0 has led to the development of smart buildings with various control systems for data collection, efficient optimization, and fault detection diagnosis (FDD). However, buildings, especially regard heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, are responsible significant global energy consumption. Digital Twin (DT) technology offers a sustainable solution facility management. This study comprehensively reviews DT performance evaluation building life cycle predictive maintenance. 200 relevant papers were selected using systematic methodology from Scopus, Web Science, Google Scholar, FDD methods reviewed identify their advantages limitations. In conclusion, data-driven gaining popularity due ability handle large amounts improve accuracy, flexibility, adaptability. Unsupervised semi-supervised learning as important operations, such HVAC they can unlabeled complex patterns anomalies. Future studies should focus on developing interpretable models understand how made predictions. Hybrid that combine different approaches show promise reliable further research. Additionally, deep analyze datasets, indicating promising area investigation.

This paper provides a comprehensive review of the future digitalization microgrids to meet increasing energy demand. It begins with an overview background microgrids, including their components and configurations, control management strategies, optimization techniques. then discusses key digital technologies that can be used improve performance distributed resources systems, Internet Things, big data analytics, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, twin cloud computing, augmented reality. The also highlights importance cybersecurity in identifying potential security vulnerabilities threats microgrid cybersecurity, as well strategies for addressing these challenges. Finally, barriers challenges regarding technical complexity, high implementation costs, regulatory barriers, privacy concerns, lack standardization, interoperability issues, limited expertise, integration main grid. Overall, this demonstrates significant transform microgrids. By leveraging advanced implementing effective measures, become more efficient, reliable, resilient, enabling them growing demand contribute sustainable future.

The agricultural domain is experiencing an increasing use of digital twin technologies in greenhouse horticulture for the betterment monitoring production. Research this has started leading towards more advanced ways visually interacting with these twins, and could be by means immersive (such as virtual reality) to better allow farmers feel a sense presence when exploring copies. Yet there are many remaining challenges technology's integration studies needed into user interaction; specifically regarding simulation sickness cater comfort during prolonged regular use. Thus, article documents survey 30 participants Simulator Sickness Questionnaire (before after interaction) using environment. Findings indicate that users who experience tend provide lower evaluation score their prior gaming (on varied devices) affects overall Further, level playability realism (referred convenience), statistically end users' sickness. For tracking crop growth where interaction may take place environment, notable considerations developers.
