Over the last decade, autoimmune diseases (ADs) have undergone a significant increase because of genetic and/or environmental factors; therefore, their simple and fast diagnosis is high importance. The conventional diagnostic techniques for ADs require tedious sample preparation, sophisticated instruments, dedicated laboratory, qualified personnel. For these reasons, biosensors could represent useful alternative to methods. Biosensors are considered be promising tools that can used in clinical analysis an early due sensitivity, simplicity, low cost, possible miniaturization (POCT), potential ability real-time analysis. Os cuidados integrados para doenças autoimunes envolvem uma abordagem multidisciplinar que visa tratar o paciente de forma holística, tanto fisicamente quanto os aspectos emocionais e psicológicos. A detecção precoce é essencial melhorar as taxas sobrevivência a qualidade vida dos pacientes. No entanto, discussão dar-se-á pela procura eficácia em comparação com abordagens tradicionais no manejo autoimunes. Este trabalho busca revisar sintetizar principais evidências disponíveis na literatura sobre impacto das autoimunes, foco melhoria resultados clínicos pacientes, adotando como estudo revisão integrativa da literatura.
