Various
support
interventions,

nurse
case
managers
(NCMs),
have
emerged
in
response
to
increasing
inequality
health
and
the
growing
population
with
multi-morbidity.
NCMs
collaborate

study

workers’
perspectives
on
collaborating
hospital-based
NCMs.

workers
were
interviewed.
