In the swiftly evolving business landscape, digital transformation (DT) has emerged as a crucial strategy for firms to gain competitive edge. Despite abundance of literature on DT in firms, there remains dearth empirical research that defines and analyzes antecedents small medium-sized enterprises' (SMEs) from an internal perspective. To fill this gap, study examines correlation between organizational agility capability cultivating SMEs' while also evaluating top management support moderating variable through lens factors SMEs. The results indicate both have positive impact DT, with significantly influencing capability. Abstract To survive and thrive in highly competitive environments, micro‐enterprises, like all businesses, need to adapt changing market conditions. In today's digital age, transformation can help micro‐enterprises improve their efficiency, customer experience, decision‐making remain meet consumer demands. Therefore, this study seeks establish a micro enterprise‐specific maturity model based on prior literature interviews with 12 enterprise business owners. The resulting has four dimensions: strategy, process, technology, people. Each dimension consists of levels comprised significant, specific characteristics.
