Coaches are given an essential role in a process that can enhance youth engagement and increase the chance to obtain top level performances sport.The scope of research was investigate relationship between organizational climate competitive anxiety swimming coaches.Also, current study wants emphasize differences perceived among coaches according sports performances, experience gender.Thirty Romanian (M = 28.93),15 male 15 female participated study.The Competitive Anxiety Sport Questionnaire The ECO System -investigating different components were used.The results showed swim tasks be clearer within organization which they work, felt there more support from organization's management, relationships with colleagues and, also, reward/ motivational system better, compared coaches.The Mann-Whitney (U) test used taking into account coaches' level, gender obtained (competitive approached).Furthermore, using Spearman correlation, associations dimensions (separately for coaches) discussed.The findings provide valuable information managers (and psychologists), intervene quality life employees (in this case, coaches).

The aim of the study was to examine factor structure, internal consistency, and other psychometric properties Polish version Parenting Behaviours Dimensions Questionnaire (PBDQ). In two studies, 1035 parents children between 6 months 12 years age completed PBDQ, a sociodemographic questionnaire, measures (resilience emotional control) external validity. Pandemic Covid-19 changed the course of education. During pandemic, many tough measures were being taken to stop spread virus, one which is schools closure. The purpose this study determine relation between levels self-esteem, cooperative learning and anxiety primary school pupils in group tasks pandemic context. participants selected for 110 children (45 females, 65 males) with an average age 8 years (range 7-9 years), attending second grade school. One issue that emerges from need implement preventions activities reduce level during methods used where three test developed analyze main concepts study: Multidimensional Test Self-Esteem, Raven’s Progressive Matrices SAFA. Analyzing results, first hypothesis was confirmed by r = -.609 indicates a negative correlation self-esteem anxiety. internal consistency index Cronbach's alpha are correlated (α SE= 0.72, α CL= 0.79) indicate good consistency.
