The Pan-Pearl River Basin (PPRB) has acted as a pioneer region of China's reform and opening-up with rapid economic development. Quantitatively clarifying the evolution ecological carrying capacity (ECC) is vital for sustainable development PPRB. Therefore, this study combined comprehensive evaluation method pressure-state-response (PSR) index system footprint based on net primary productivity (EF-NPP) to analyze spatial temporal (CECC) in PPRB from 2002 2019 economy society. random forest regression was then used factors driving ECC exponential smoothing predict future trend CECC results indicated that coincided some resource consumption environmental damage. Extreme high temperature (EHT) events are becoming more frequent and prolonged due to global climate change. Predicting the effects of EHT on agricultural soil fauna remains a major challenge. In order assess response community composition vertical distribution events, this study investigated macrofauna communities in facility farmlands at end an event East China 2022 eighteen days after. The results showed that taxonomic richness abundances were reduced after event. However, changes abundance taxonomically dependent: individuals ants (Pheidole indica), centipedes (Himantariidae) crickets decreased significantly, while Enchytraeidae earthworms increased. Soil water content was important factor determining maximum values observed surface layer (0–10 cm) Earthworms burrowed into deeper event, but moved These most taxa experienced adverse posed by earthworm had abilities increase their rapidly events. This suggests should be considered when assessing impact biodiversity.

Since the end of 20th century, with rapid development marine economy, environment Liaoning Province in China was under tremendous pressure andthe fishery resources have been serious decline. The fishing output reduced from 1.502×107 t 2000 to 5.244×106 2018. Using STELLA software as modeling platform, we followed basic steps system dynamics (SD model), combined principle ecological footprint fisheries establish theSD model China, and applied thefuzzy evaluation method comprehensively evaluate carrying capacity ofLiaoning area. results show that Provincehave deficit unsustainable development. has increased 1.08×107 km2 1.88×107 an average value 1.60×107 between 2018, which is already higher than 3.20×106 about 5 times capacity, means needs be at least 20% its current level for rebound decrease steadily, thus preventing ecosystem collapse. Particulate matter (PM) inhaled into human lungs causes oxidative stress and adverse health effects through antioxidant depletion (oxidative potential, OP). However, there is limited knowledge regarding the association between lung-deposited dose (LDD) of PM OP in extrathoracic (ET), tracheobronchial (TB), pulmonary (P) regions lungs. Dithiothreitol (DTT) ascorbic acid (AA) assays were employed to measure size fractions investigate distribution identify chemical drivers. Quasi-ultrafine particles (quasi-UFP, ≤0.49 μm) exhibited high deposition TB P regions, while coarse (CP, ≥3.0 dominated ET region. A plot extrinsic (per air volume) intrinsic mass) versus LDD revealed that for fine was greatest region, whereas quasi-UFP alveoli. The study also demonstrated doses are not strongly related. decline with increasing reveals need further investigation antagonistic compositions. Control engineering and state-space representation are valuable tools in the analysis design of dynamic systems. In this research, a methodology is proposed that uses these approaches to transform system-dynamics simulation model into mathematical model. This achieved by expressing input, output state variables as vectors, respectively, allowing matrix form. The resulting linear time-invariant, facilitating its design. Through use methodology, system transfer obtained, which allows optimal control Ackermann gain-control technique used determine system, results shorter settlement time. research proposal seeks mathematically strengthen models provide an analytical alternative through modern SD models. would allow more informed effective decisions implementation
