Transformational
leadership
has
been
persistently
studied
in
the
educational
administration
field
considering
that
it
can
be
a
viable
tool
to
respond
increasing
demands
on
school
systems

greater

Abstract
The
concept
of
growth
mindset—an
individual’s
beliefs
that
basic
characteristics
such
as
intelligence
are
malleable—has
gained
immense
popularity
in
research,
the
media,
and
educational
practice.
Even
though
it
is
assumed
teachers
need
a
mindset
both
their
students
benefit
when
adopt
mindset,
systematic
syntheses
potential
advantages
lacking.
Therefore,
this
article,
we
present
first
meta-analysis
on
teachers’
its
relationships
with
multiple
outcomes
(50
studies,
81
effect
sizes;
N
=
19,555).
Multilevel
analyses
showed
small
across
outcomes.
Statistically
significant
small-to-typical
positive
associations
between
motivation
terms
self-efficacy
mastery
goals
were
observed
subgroup
analyses.
No
statistically
found
performance-approach
goals,
performance-avoidance
performance
achievement
tests,
or
student
achievement.
Teachers’

related
to

but
unrelated

Due
to
the
unique
challenges
and
high-intensity
emotional
labor
in
their
work,
kindergarten
teachers'
high
levels
of
job
burnout
turnover
rate
have
become
a
widely
recognized
social
issue.
To
address
this
situation,
exploring
key
factors
that
enhance
professional
identity
is
paramount
importance.
Professional
development
influenced
not
only
by
cultural
contexts
workplace
environment
but
also
individual
teacher
characteristics.
However,
existing
research
on
how
environmental
psychological
interact
influence
teachers
scarce.
This
study
examined
effects
perceived
school
goal
structure
explored
mediating
role
basic
needs
satisfaction
(BPNS)
moderating
growth
mindsets.
A
questionnaire
survey
was
conducted
with
1,475
from
China,
selected
using
random
sampling.
The
results
demonstrated
learning
performance
structures
indirectly
affected
through
BPNS;
however,
directly
identity.
Additionally,
mindsets
moderated
relationship
between
BPNS.
Regardless
structure,
strong
reported
higher
BPNS
than
those
weak
provides
solid
theoretical
foundation
practical
guidance
for
improving
within
sociocultural
context
China.
