Transformational leadership has been persistently studied in the educational administration field considering that it can be a viable tool to respond increasing demands on school systems for greater effectiveness. As result, rich knowledge base accumulated. Our study aims investigate this by combining bibliometric and science mapping analysis so as exhibit its intellectual conceptual architecture, reveal strategic themes emerged during scientific evolution of transformational (TSL). 300 articles retrieved from Scopus database were included analysis. The thematic was performed using SciMAT software over three time periods: Incubation Period (1989–2009), Development (2010–2020), Maturation (2021–2022). findings show research mostly attempted conceptualize TSL while focused principals, instructional leadership, self-efficacy Period. mentoring theme first period but disappeared later without being fully-developed. Teacher weakly-addressed all periods. Work-family conflict digital competencies two prominent online learning culture found emerging themes. suggest significant implications sustainable development field.

A Meta-Analysis on Teachers’ Growth Mindset DOI Creative Commons

Abstract The concept of growth mindset—an individual’s beliefs that basic characteristics such as intelligence are malleable—has gained immense popularity in research, the media, and educational practice. Even though it is assumed teachers need a mindset both their students benefit when adopt mindset, systematic syntheses potential advantages lacking. Therefore, this article, we present first meta-analysis on teachers’ its relationships with multiple outcomes (50 studies, 81 effect sizes; N = 19,555). Multilevel analyses showed small across outcomes. Statistically significant small-to-typical positive associations between motivation terms self-efficacy mastery goals were observed subgroup analyses. No statistically found performance-approach goals, performance-avoidance performance achievement tests, or student achievement. Teachers’ was related to instructional practices goal structures but unrelated structures. Moderator indicated dimensionality measure (recoded from fixed vs. assessed mindset), item referent content measure, publication status (published unpublished), world region, level, study quality influenced strengths some relationships. This study presents a revolutionary understanding of how value-based leadership enhances the intrinsic work motivation Chinese university faculty. Sonuçlar, öğretmen kavramlarının özellikle ABD Çin'de büyük ilgi gördüğünü 2020'den itibaren bu konuların birlikte ele alındığı çalışmalarda bir artış yaşandığını göstermiştir. Son 15 yıl içinde en çok atıf alan yazarlar sırasıyla Ori Eyal, Piety Runhaar, Guy Rot, Karin Sanders Huadong Yang olarak tespit Öne çıkan anahtar kelimeler arasında "liderlik," "öğrenme," "yeterlik," "bağlılık" "profesyonellik" yer almaktadır. En yayını olan dergiler Educational Management Administration and Leadership Journal belirlenmiştir. Gelecek araştırmalarda, öğretmenlik farklı kültürel bağlamlardaki etkilerinin daha detaylı incelenmesi önerilmektedir.

Due to the unique challenges and high-intensity emotional labor in their work, kindergarten teachers' high levels of job burnout turnover rate have become a widely recognized social issue. To address this situation, exploring key factors that enhance professional identity is paramount importance. Professional development influenced not only by cultural contexts workplace environment but also individual teacher characteristics. However, existing research on how environmental psychological interact influence teachers scarce. This study examined effects perceived school goal structure explored mediating role basic needs satisfaction (BPNS) moderating growth mindsets. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 1,475 from China, selected using random sampling. The results demonstrated learning performance structures indirectly affected through BPNS; however, directly identity. Additionally, mindsets moderated relationship between BPNS. Regardless structure, strong reported higher BPNS than those weak provides solid theoretical foundation practical guidance for improving within sociocultural context China.
