Objectives:
With
the
rapid
advancement

digital
technology,

social
media
has
become
a
significant

pandemic,

Studies
have
shown
that
an
organization’s
corporate
social
responsibility
(CSR)
activities
affect
customer
behaviors

loyalty

satisfaction.

spite

CSR

behavior
(CADB)
has
been
underexplored.
To
fill
this
knowledge
gap,

relationship
between
CSR-related
communication
banking
organization
CADB.

institutions
