Abstract This paper uses technological innovation as a mediating variable, based on 30 provincial panel data in China from 2011 to 2019, and the spatial Durbin model study effect of green finance PM2.5. It is found that development not only inhibits local PM2.5 emissions, but also drives surrounding areas through spillover finance, thereby inhibiting emissions areas. Through empirical research, this finds has significant reduction by finance. At key stage transformation China, can optimize allocation financial resources provide support for enterprises, reducing energy consumption pollution ultimately links perspective space, explores channels improve air quality which conducive accelerating 's economy improving human living environment.

This paper uses the Super SBM-DEA model and GML index method with undesirable output indicators to measure GTFP in 288 cities China. Furthermore, we divide Chinese land into east, central, west, northeast parts, analyze their temporal spatial evolution trends. It is shown that, firstly, China’s overall shows an upward fluctuating trend, which green technical efficiency contributes more improvement of cities, while technological progress less. Secondly, urban eastern, western, northeastern regions obvious differences, source growth eastern region being mainly progress, central early stage later stage, western improvement. Finally, combined distribution characteristic maps kernel density estimation, disequilibrium characteristics

Green total factor productivity (GTFP) is a key driver of China’s green development, and innovative human capital (IHC) plays pivotal role in enhancing GTFP. This study examines the impact quantity quality dimensions IHC on regional GTFP China. Using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces 2004 to 2018, this constructs spatial Durbin model (SDM) empirically analyze Three main conclusions are obtained: (1) both can significantly directly improve GTFP, yet heterogeneity exists. In eastern region, IHCA IHCQ have significant impact, while middle-western only has effect GTFP; (2) boost enhancement through technological progress; (3) (IHCA) produces spillover whereas (IHCQ) does not exhibit effect. Based these conclusions, strategies for development China coordinated regions proposed. The government should integrate into its environmental policies awareness optimize efficiency capital, taking differences account.

This paper considers GTFP of energy consumption and environmental pollution from a sustainable perspective as measure the evolutionary efficiency manufacturing industries. It uses super-efficiency SBM model to calculate values industries in 30 Chinese provinces 2011 2019. Moran’s index GTWR were used study spatial correlation impact factors GTFP. The results found that following. (1) overall level China’s industry 2019 rose progressively, between different regions gradually reduced. (2) is significantly positive, with positive spillover effect. (3) affected by economic development, investment, other factors. (4) There spatiotemporal heterogeneity According empirical research focusing on goal it proposed increase use clean reduce pollution. To carry out green development according local conditions, eastern region will strengthen new continue investment innovation, central western supervision, accelerate industrial transformation, attract more foreign investment.

The green development of manufacturing industries is significantly impacted by local governments. In this study, we focus on assessing the environmental governance effectiveness examining tasks assigned central government to each province under Comprehensive Work Program for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction. By utilizing panel data from 30 provinces cities in China 2011 2020, employ super-efficient SBM model evaluate China's industry's total factor productivity. Through various models, including double-fixed effect mediation effect, investigate influence targets productivity industry. Our findings reveal a U-shaped relationship between target When pressure below certain critical value, decreases as increases. However, once surpasses experiences positive correlation with pressure. Further analysis demonstrates that observed regions low medium marketization, while high marketization remain unaffected. Moreover, impact facilitated promotion innovation. Furthermore, moderated fiscal expenditures. where expenditures are higher, more pronounced.
