Employee innovation is becoming increasingly important when organizations strive for sustainable competitive advantage. Different from previous research on employee and relational/structural perspectives of social networks, the present study first attempt to empirically examine how resources per se influence innovation. Drawing social-resources theory, this proposes that boost innovation, which strengthened by supervisor support. By conducting a field survey 154 employees in high-tech company collecting archival data their innovative outputs, we found who can access mobilize more demonstrate behavior subsequently achieve better such as patents invention disclosures. Supervisor support amplifies resources’ effects outcomes. This contributes literature networks introducing new theoretical perspective. Practically, it also adds insights performance approach.

The Yangtze River Economic Belt serves as a paradigm of ecological integration and high-quality development within China. Under the constraints "Dual Carbon" goal, how does integrative policy Belt, aimed at reinforcing inter-regional industrial cooperation, impact carbon emissions across various provinces region? Leveraging panel data from 30 Chinese spanning 2009–2019 treating 2016 promulgation "Yangtze Development Planning Outline" quasi-natural experiment, this study employs Difference-in-Differences (DID) model for discerning effects regional policies on emissions, intensity, efficiency in 11 Belt. research further delves into underlying mechanisms through which interventions modulate provincial emissions. Key findings include: (1) policy’s enactment has significantly attenuated albeit somewhat hampering enhancement efficiency—conclusions robust to parallel trend placebo tests; (2) Heterogeneity analyses reveal disparities emission effects, contingent varying economic levels geographical loci; (3) Mechanistically, while bolsters environmental governance strengthens ties—thereby curtailing emissions—it is evident that local governments have been inept effectively channeling influx substantial short-term capital, hence stifling efficiency. In light these insights, it posited should ardently endeavor refine elevate structures, champion construction an integrated market, intensify capital oversight coordinated utilization, enhance allocation, all quest augment reduction performance.

The environmental issues that have arisen as a result of brisk economic expansion evolved into barrier to the process social development. Based on this background, article investigates consequences development, energy consumption, and urbanization greenhouse gas emissions (a proxy for sustainability) in Korea. Using data from 1990 2019 employing autoregressive distributed lag method empirical investigations, results demonstrate expansion, urbanization, non-renewable consumption all constitute danger sustainability because they positively influence emissions. Oppositely, renewable enhances it negatively impacts Furthermore, fresh discovery is these are consistent over time. In addition, causality test show two-way causal links between growth, been found both short long runs, whereas unidirectional also discovered. most significant contribution study may make can provide several policy proposals Korea expand literature already exists issue
