This research aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy of Rice Field Tourism Destination in Gunung Mulia Village, as well inhibiting and supporting factors these strategies increasing number tourist visits. The method employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, document studies. Data analysis utilizes content analysis. findings indicate that out 5 promotions mix strategy, only three are implemented by D’Wish, namely advertising sales promotion, direct marketing. Meanwhile, personal selling, public relations, publicity have not been applied. primary factor affecting implementation entire budget limitations, leading selectivity choosing strategies. On other hand, there contributing success D’Wish's strategy. These include affordable entrance tickets, absence competitors surrounding environment, availability social media an effective platform for promoting D’Wish. provides recommendations destination managers consider developing a more holistic optimal overcome constraints leverage advantages existing factors.

Sustainable rural tourism development is paramount for the socio-economic advancement of regions in China. This study systematically prioritizes key drivers essential successful implementation sustainable by employing Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and MICMAC analysis methodologies. Tea culture tourism is a product of the combination agricultural and ecotourism. After COVID-19 period, this more popular. Tourism performance an important index for measuring development level tourist destinations, research on influencing factors way to promote high-quality tea tourism. Using town Wushan as case study, 452 valid questionnaires were used data, exploratory factor analysis, paired sample t-test IPA analysis applied. The results indicate that: (1) mainly divided into 5 dimensions 22 specific indicators, including service quality, resource environment, transportation, tourism-supporting facilities products; (2) there significant difference between degree importance visitors each indicator, overall sites at average level; (3) convenient service, professional business management, park traffic, parking conditions, environmental design, shopping characteristics are potential advantageous factors, ‘service with smile’, accessibility, trail layout, image, air natural scenery, landscape vignettes, network communication, public toilets, sanitation facilities, centers, travel activities, souvenirs areas in need improvement.
