Therefore, present study aimed determine businesses’ marketing, process, organisational, product innovation on corporate sustainability. data used study, which has an explanatory research design, were collected from managers 452 SMEs emerging economy (Turkey) using non-random quota sampling method. Change management is key to improving organizational performance in a changing era. One emerging approach sustainable Human Resource Management (GHRM), emphasizing environmentally friendly and practices.
