Recent
global
events
have
made
it
crucial

higher
education
to
continuously
update
course
content
with
digital
alternatives
meet
evolving
student
expectations
and
enhance
their
learning
experience.
The
extent

varies
widely,

While
numerous
studies
investigate
impact

known
about
user
experiences
international
postgraduate
students
in

language
teaching

using

Background
Over
a
year
after
WHO
declared
the
end
of
COVID-19
pandemic
in
May
2023,
students
across
all
educational
stages,
including
higher
education,
have
faced
challenges
transitioning
from
online
to
offline
teaching
environments.
As
institutions
return
in-person
teaching,
many
are
still
adjusting
traditional
classroom
settings.
Methods
In
2024,
study
using
questionnaire
with
nine
open-ended
questions
was
distributed
115
medical
investigate

challenges.

responses
(23.5%
