In this paper, we take the Yangtze River Economic Belt as study area and analyze three types of environmental regulation tools, namely, command-and-control (CAC), market-incentivized (MI) public-type (PT). We apply threshold effect to test impact each these tools on regional economic growth relationships between regulation. The entropy method is used calculate comprehensive pollution index province city in Belt. Using Stata 14.0 measurement software based provincial data with respect from 2014 2021, a panel model relationship growth. It found that non-linear.
