Chitin is the second-largest natural polymer polysaccharide in nature. Due to its important physical and chemical properties excellent biocompatibility, safety, biodegradability, it widely used agriculture, medicine, food, environmental protection, other fields. However, traditional extraction methods cause pollution damage structure of chitin. Bioprocessing an emerging technology that shows great potential. In this research, puparia adults black soldier fly (BSF) (Hermetia illucens L.) were as raw materials. A continuous fermentation method was designed extract chitin, by using Bacillus subtilis S4 Acetobacter pasteurianus AS1.41. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy identification results showed extracted sample α-chitin. Under conditions, deproteinization (DP) rate, demineralization (DM) chitin yield (CY), deacetylation degree (DD) puparium 33.33%, 94.92%, 59.90%, 18.52%, respectively. Meanwhile, DP DM CY, DD adult 46.63%, 90.93%, 47.31%, 37.38%, For BSF, B. had a certain ability, A. AS1.41 good effect.
