Purpose:The
study
presents
and
discusses
the
results
of
a
survey,
primary
objective
which
was
Generation
Z
representatives'
perception
impact
destabilizing
factors,
such
as
COVID-19,
Ukraine-Russia
war
energy
crisis
on

to

technologies,
goods
services.Design/methodology/approach:
The
survey
carried
out
in
2022/23
using
CAWI
technique
involved
sample
631
students
from
Warsaw
universities,
representatives.Findings:
respondents

restrictions

about
crises
infrastructure
and,
consequence,
lack
restricted
services

their
quality.The
findings
indicate
