In recent years, the global transportation sector has witnessed a shift towards electric vehicles powered by renewable energy sources. Experts predict an increasing role for in leading economies due to depletion of fossil fuels and harmful emissions from internal combustion engines. The rise prices stringent environmental regulations further drive this transition. main goal research work is study relationship between production cars, government subsidies, oil prices, GDP per capita R&D investments. Correlation analysis was chosen as method, but graphical method also used visualization. There strong positive correlation Tesla cars price oil, indicating that higher make more attractive, cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative gasoline diesel cars. Based on conducted analyses, it can be emphasized transition use critically necessary response climate change, reduction fuel reserves, growing need sustainable development. Environmental taxes ensure sustainable development, but their fiscal and environmental effectiveness differs for countries with different socio-economic characteristics. This study aims to compare the impact of tax revenues on economy’s decarbonization (measured through carbon productivity – ratio GDP dioxide emissions) in countries, considering green technologies development emissions. The paper analyzed OECD World Bank statistical data 38 2002–2021 using linear panel regression models fixed random effects (using Hausman test STATA 18). To identify explicit latent patterns this influence, which are common certain analysis did not consider each country separately targeted clusters, distinguished by Ward Sturges methods based effective rate emissions, total revenues, productivity. positive influence level has been confirmed 29 (four from six clusters). effect is largest USA (an increase 1% leads an 0.9% average) smallest cluster including Austria, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Korea, Lithuania, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Great Britain (increase 0.1%). negative was nine (two clusters): Denmark, Finland, Israel, Latvia, Sweden (decrease 0.3%) Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia 0.21%).

The development of strategy and tactics for reforms in the energy industry involves identification benchmark countries whose experience can form basis a quantitative assessment main targets reforms. such decisions be results integrated EU 2010–2021. This study aims to cluster these according integral indicator determine specific directions which respective country needs make progress moving another cluster. Thus, based on linear model, Fishburn formula, variance analysis, 10 indicators were combined into single that characterizes effectiveness (for example, 2021, it was highest Austria (0.612), Germany (0.644), France (0.620); lowest – Latvia (0.383) Croatia (0.369)). Based this indicator, clustered using k-means method. Four clusters formed: representatives first (Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Luxembourg) are strategic benchmarks all countries, other tactical from lower clusters. average values calculated. Their low sign direction should priority when carrying out reforms, their estimates used as setting tasks (transition higher or achieving one’s cluster). Integrated energy systems that consist of port electricity cooling loads, wind PV devices, storage, clean fuels considered as a future technology. addition, ports important hubs for the global economy trade; logistics optimization is also part their objective, most facilities have complex logistics. This article proposes an energy–logistics collaborative method fully tap potential port-integrated systems. A logistics–energy system model established by deeply examining operational characteristics corresponding consumption patterns, considering ships’ statuses, quay crane distribution constraints, power balances. To better represent ship–energy–logistics problem, hybrid modeling technique employed.
