El crecimiento de la industria acuícola ha sido impulsado por creciente demanda global alimentos y preocupación sobreexplotación recursos naturales el impacto ambiental. Para abordar estos desafíos, acuicultura buscado alternativas sostenibles e innovadoras. En este contexto, inclusión insectos, como Mosca Soldado Negra (Hermetia illucens), en dieta peces crustáceos surge una solución prometedora debido a su alto contenido proteínas, lípidos minerales. Este artículo revisión analiza papel harina larvas acuicultura. Examina los beneficios económicos, nutricionales ambientales animales acuáticos, así resultados investigaciones recientes sobre dosificación adecuada, calidad crecimiento, salud intestinal disponibilidad nutrientes diversas especies acuícolas. Se enfatiza que ofrece comparables pescado, siendo fuente rica proteínas lípidos, acuáticas demostrado mejoras productos finales. A pesar estas ventajas, se señala sustitución completa pescado insectos no es definitiva, ya pueden surgir desafíos relacionados con regulación, crianza masiva composición nutrientes. Sin embargo, destaca alternativa valiosa para diversificar mejorar sostenibilidad alimentación acuícola, contribuyendo seguridad alimentaria al cuidado del medio ambiente.

Abstract The rising cultivation of edible insects at an industrial level highlights the importance employing appropriate post-harvest methods for processing safe and fine-quality insect-based products. study investigated impact different drying extraction on quality Tenebrio molitor larvae powder. Two treatments, microwave oven drying, were evaluated followed by total lipid using various methods. Soxhlet with n -hexane–EtOH (3:1) mixture was effective, yielding 37.85% (microwave) 38.85% (oven). highest fatty acid (FA) content 9-octadecenoic acid, methyl ester ( E )-( C18:1 ). Schlechtriem Bligh Dyer (BD) resulted in higher yields, BD 56.66% oven-dried samples. FA profiles consistent, monounsaturated FAs predominant. Oven-dried samples had saturated FAs. Phenolic greater samples, showing phenolic (0.09 ± 0.02 mg GAE/100 mg). extract from most cytotoxic, significantly reducing cell survival against A549 cells (IC 50 = 458.6 µg/mL) inducing apoptosis 250 µg/mL. This underscores producing high-quality products, revealing that specific solvent extractions can enhance yield, content, cytotoxic effects cancer cells.
