Green Dynamic Capabilities and Green Creativity in Hospitality and Tourism Industry: The Moderating Role of Green Transformational Leadership

This study aims to investigate the effect of green dynamic capabilities (GDC) on creativity (GC). It also examines moderating role transformational leadership (GTL). The investigated five-star hotels and category-A travel agencies in Egypt greater Cairo, chosen due their commitment initiatives. research sample consisted employees from 22 55 agencies. 600 surveys were distributed; however, only 425 valid, representing a 70.8% response rate. 60% worked at hotels, while 40% for found that positively impact Green (GTL) impacts GDC GC.
