This study aims to investigate the effect of green dynamic capabilities (GDC) on creativity (GC). It also examines moderating role transformational leadership (GTL). The investigated five-star hotels and category-A travel agencies in Egypt greater Cairo, chosen due their commitment initiatives. research sample consisted employees from 22 55 agencies. 600 surveys were distributed; however, only 425 valid, representing a 70.8% response rate. 60% worked at hotels, while 40% for found that positively impact Green (GTL) impacts GDC GC.
