In
today’s
fast-paced
business
settings,
the
metaverse
as
a
shared
marketplace
has
gained
popularity
and
is
helping
businesses
to
develop
crucial
strategies
in
their
pursuit
of
sustainable
performance.
However,
lack
understanding
knowledge
about
effectiveness
its
related
technologies
creates
barrier.
Therefore,
current
study
fills
this
gap
uses
organizational
information-processing
theory
theoretical
framework
examine
metaverse-related
(artificial
intelligence
blockchain
technology—BCT)
direct
indirect
effects
on
performance,
which
no
other
examined.
Using
purposive
sampling,
sample
data
from
326
SMEs
were
gathered
analyzed
using
partial
least
square
structural
equation
modeling
(PLS-SEM).
This
study’s
findings
revealed
that
AI
capabilities
are
vital
for
information
gathering,
analyzing,
decision-making
context.
BCT
facilitates
ensuring
transparent,
visible,
traceable,
immutable
supply
chain,
helps
make
it
more
resilient
improves
closed-loop
chain
(CLSC)
system
with
positive
technological
advancements
significant
increasing
performance
(SBP).

organizations
understand
potential
benefits

Abstract
Cigarette
companies
often
utilize
a
logistics
system
where
high-bay
warehouse
areas
for
semi-finished
and
finished
tobacco
products
are
located
close
together
linked
via
trolley
tracks.
However,
fluctuations
in
production
tasks,
such
as
adding
new
handling
emergency
orders,
canceling
existing
can
introduce
challenges
to
production,
including
high
storage
capacity
ratios
limited
transportation
capacity.
Therefore,
this
study
proposes
synchronized
optimization
method
the
warehouses
designed
improve
efficiency.
A
allocation
model
is
developed

between
two
