U današnjem digitalnom dobu tehnologija je postala ključni aspekt naših života, a tehnološkim napretkom digitalna uključenost starijih osoba postaje sve važnija. Iako su u prošlosti starije generacije možda bile skeptične prema inovacijama, trendovi se mijenjaju. Razumijevanje digitalnih alata nije prirodno stečena vještina, već zahtijeva ulaganje učenje. Edukacijski programi koji obuhvaćaju osnove interneta, e-pošte i mobilnih aplikacija mogu značajno povećati samopouzdanje korisnika korištenju tehnologije. Organizacije, zajednice državne institucije trebale bi prepoznati važnost ovih inicijativa te ponuditi tečajeve za starije. Digitalna pismenost također uključuje sposobnost sigurnog korištenja prepoznavanje lažnih vijesti zaštitu privatnosti online. Inovativnim rješenjima, poput personaliziranih edukacijskih platformi, upotrebe umjetne inteligencije personalizirano učenje, međugeneracijskih radionica virtualne stvarnosti, možemo dodatno podržati osobe njihovoj integraciji digitalni svijet. This study examines elderly individuals' adaptation to the digital environment through a survey 205 participants Findings reveal widespread basic usage (88.78% use smartphones) but limited advanced engagement. While intergenerational support is primary learning channel (87.32%), significant barriers exist, including communication difficulties psychological concerns.
