BackgroundGame-Based Learning (GBL) is an innovative pedagogical approach that utilizes digital applications to enhance health sciences higher education. Therefore, analyzing faculty and students' perspectives on GBL can help educational administrators, educators, researchers tailor needs.PurposeThis study aimed explore (teachers) towards in Further identify barriers affecting the use of as well recommendations for its from their perspectives.MethodsA descriptive-qualitative was conducted at a Saudi university. A total 42 semi-structured interviews were completed with purposive sampling 22 members 20 students until data saturation. The analyzed using thematic content analysis approach.ResultsFaculty reflected personal experiences GBL, presented seven themes 30 categories emerged analysis: common apps, purpose uses, effect or benefits experience challenges games, educators apps.ConclusionThe both demonstrated classroom learning complement traditional teaching approaches GBL's safe, immersive environment lets practice many generic skills, boosting interest, motivation, peer-mediated learning. Faculty shared experiences, responsibilities, enthusiasm. Health education institutions should consider ways increase flexibility providing resources training who want build classroom.

Students often find it difficult to understand phenomena of everyday life that occur in the natural world, such as phenomenon expansion and contraction liquids, which there are many misinterpretations. To address this difficulty, paper suggests another perspective on didactic approach based Mixed Reality, attunement two worlds, virtual real, examines its effectiveness teaching fluid expansion. The main pillar educational process is teachers practices they use process. For reason, sample survey consisted 54 University students prospective elementary education teachers. mixed research was followed collect data. Through a Reality environment, using HoloLens 2, well-structured scenario worksheets observations investigate expansion/contraction different fluids. results demonstrate through interaction direct feedback gained deeper understanding phenomenon. At same time, device characterized particularly useful tool should be accessible all for better familiarization with complex scientific

In the wake of rapid technological advancements, sweeping educational reforms, and far-reaching impact COVID-19 pandemic, hybrid courses emerged as a significant trend in higher education, particularly China. This action research study built upon existing theoretical frameworks practical experiences to delve deeper into feasibility potential benefits implementing course design field physical education. The goal this project was investigate applicability model augmenting undergraduate students' learning Physical education setting, ways improve it. conducted at leading Chinese public university, methodology involved two cycles data collection steps. Cycle 1 comprised participants who were offered courses, faculty members, instructors teaching these during pandemic. first cycle focused on gathering first-hand insights implementation reception modality. 2, steps designed, implemented, evaluated provide support for students within enhanced environment. aim overall experience by addressing challenges identified leveraging opportunities 2 redesigned PE curriculum. findings revealed that most students, well-designed course, coupled with student-centered approach, significantly experience.--Author's abstract
