Objective: The decreasing absorption capacity of vocational education graduates indicates barriers to teaching quality. This Research aims analyze the factors that influence quality learning. Method: uses quantitative methods. sample is aircraft maintenance engineering students at Aviation Polytechnic. Data analysis Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. Result: Validation research instrument resulted in loading factor, AVE, Cronbach Alfa, and SRMR meeting requirements, so variables were declared valid reliable, model was fit. Lecturer behavior learning resources have a direct significant positive relationship. Meanwhile, management support through has influenced by 51.0%. Novelty: role lecturer providing managing resources. collaboration those three aspects can improve competency graduates. high aviation increase era Revolution 4.0.

Physics educators must possess a strong foundation in content knowledge to effectively promote scientific inquiry-based learning line with the national curriculum goals. However, factual, conceptual, and procedural gaps can impede meaningful teaching of Physics. This study explores use Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) model assess in-service educators' understanding "Upthrust." The research involved 23 participants from professional development programme Mauritius. Data were collected through task-based worksheets focus group discussions validated using Rasch modelling. findings indicate that while are somewhat familiar Upthrust, their be improved for making accurate predictions providing detailed explanations, particularly when disparities between predicted observed outcomes occur. Additionally, reliance on formula-driven methods, influenced by limited exposure experimental practices, underscores need change. importance fostering conceptual over memorisation education. By challenging broadening beliefs prospective promoting teaching, these efforts significantly enhance education, student engagement, achievement secondary schools

In view of professional learning and practical training in traditional electronic information education application-oriented universities, this paper constructs information–innovation practice teaching reform (EI-IPTR).In scheme, by an integrating artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled curriculum with a multi-mode integrated platform open-style module, big data-based comprehensive resources are optimally configured. We used an interbehavioral model of teacher–student didactic performance with six pairs criteria, as follows.
