Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) have a significant role in gene regulation, especially cancer and inflammatory diseases. ncRNAs, such as microRNA, long non-coding RNAs, circular alter the transcriptional, post-transcriptional, epigenetic expression levels. These molecules act biomarkers possible therapeutic targets because aberrant ncRNA has been directly connected to tumor progression, metastasis, response therapy research. ncRNAs’ interactions with multiple cellular pathways, including MAPK, Wnt, PI3K/AKT/mTOR, impact processes like proliferation, apoptosis, immune responses. The potential of RNA-based therapeutics, anti-microRNA microRNA mimics, restore normal is being actively studied. Additionally, tissue-specific patterns ncRNAs offer unique opportunities for targeted therapy. Specificity, stability, responses are obstacles use ncRNAs; however, novel strategies, modified oligonucleotides delivery systems, developed. profiling may result more individualized successful treatments precision medicine advances, improving patient outcomes creating early diagnosis monitoring opportunities. current review aims investigate roles diseases, focusing on their mechanisms regulation implications non-invasive diagnostics therapies. A comprehensive literature was conducted using PubMed Google Scholar, research published between 2014 2025. Studies were selected based rigorous inclusion criteria, peer-reviewed status relevance Non-English, non-peer-reviewed, inconclusive studies excluded. This approach ensures that findings presented high-quality relevant sources.

Maternally expressed gene 3 (MEG3), a long non-coding RNA, plays pivotal role in various biological processes, including tumorigenesis. Aberrant expression of MEG3 has been implicated several cancers, genitourinary malignancies. This comprehensive review explores the multifaceted functions context cancers through unravelling molecular mechanisms underlying influence on cellular proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, and metastasis. Additionally, we discuss potential clinical implications as biomarker therapeutic target cancers. By unraveling intricate these this aims to contribute development novel strategies for diagnosis treatment

Non-coding RNAs (ncRNA) have paved the way to new perspectives on regulation of gene expression, not only in biology and medicine, but also associated fields technologies, ensuring advances diagnostic means therapeutic modalities. Critical this multistep approach are associations long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) with diseases their causal genes networks interactions, enrichment expression analysis, pathways, monitoring involved functional roles during disease progression from one stage another. Studies shown that Johne's Disease (JD), caused by Mycobacterium avium subspecies partuberculosis (MAP), shares common lncRNAs, clinical findings, other molecular entities Crohn's (CD). This has been a subject vigorous investigation owing zoonotic nature condition, although results still inconclusive. In review, hand, current knowledge lncRNAs cells is presented, focusing pathogenesis gastrointestinal-related pathologies MAP-related infections and, we attempt dissect pathways involved. Furthermore, recently characterized novel share IBD JD, including networks, dataset analysis results. These presented an identify potential biomarkers pertinent cattle human phenotypes.

Bacterial infections remain a significant global health concern, necessitating comprehensive understanding of the intricate host-pathogen interactions that play critical role in outcome infectious diseases. Recent investigations have revealed noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) are key regulators these complex interactions. Among them, long (lncRNAs) gained attention because their diverse regulatory roles gene expression, cellular processes and production cytokines chemokines response to bacterial infections. The host utilizes lncRNAs as defense mechanism limit microbial pathogen invasion replication. On other hand, some contribute establishment maintenance reservoirs within by promoting survival, replication, dissemination. However, our context remains limited. This review focuses on impact shaping interactions, shedding light multifaceted functions both paving way for future research aimed at harnessing potential clinical applications.
