Studies have explored therapeutic potential and nutritional economic benefits of cannabis usage. Yet, phytonutrients, processing methods, cannabis‐infused not been well explored. This review evaluates existing evidence nutritional, processing, safety, phytonutrient composition food products their medicinal functional prospects.
