The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in educational settings offers significant opportunities to promote sustainability by transforming learning experiences. This study analyses the usage, attitudes, and perceptions AI among university students Slovenia providing a comprehensive analysis that informs both academic practices policy-making with emphasis on sustainability. We used structured questionnaire sample 422 participants reflecting diverse demographic profile across various fields study. was designed measure frequency tool purposes for which these are employed, students’ attitudes towards AI’s potential benefits drawbacks education.
