Wound healing has been a continuous critical focus in clinical practice, posing the ongoing challenges and burdens to patients. Current attempts tend develop multi-drug loaded patches with spatial design. Herein, we present multifunctional microneedle patch that integrates different drugs into separated regions for wound treatment. The is composed of silk fibroin-methacryloyl (SilMA) as base, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) tips vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). backing endowed antimicrobial properties by AgNPs act an barrier against bacterium invasion. In addition, encapsulated VEGF can effectively promote cell proliferation angiogenesis, which favorable repair. Based on these characteristics, such integrated system significantly prevented bacterial infection promoted vivo. Therefore, it conceived find more practical values other fields.

Glucocorticoids such as dexamethasone have shown promising therapeutic effects in conquering oral ulcers. Challenges this area are focused on enhancing the localized curative and responsive release. Herein, we presented a novel MXene-integrated hydrogel microneedle delivering to promote healing of ulceration. By loading MXene, microneedles enable NIR (Near Infrared)-responsive release inner for inflammation control tissue regeneration. In addition, MXene-induced local hyperthermia could inhibit bacteria, preventing possible infection ulcer lesions cavity. Based these features, demonstrated that our strategy relieve inflammation, reconstruction, accelerate wound rat models. Overall, NIR-responsive show significant promise promoting bring new ways disease treatment.
