La presente investigación desarrolla un análisis documental sobre como las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PYMES) aplican la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) en sus distintos giros de negocio conocer problemática que se da. El objetivo este estudio es explicar relación tiene RSE PYMES, así el impacto genera elemento actividades posibles problemáticas. Para llevar a cabo esta aplicó método cualitativo revisión literatura especializada, cuyos datos son extraídos analizados bases Scopus WoS. This study explores green work engagement in response to the global demand for sustainability businesses and shift toward green-oriented agendas. Specifically, this aims examine how (GWE) is affected by artificial intelligence awareness (AIA) through job stress (JS) as a mediator. It also moderating roles of technological self-efficacy (TSE) AIA→JS relationship trust leadership (TIL) GWE→JS relationship. A PLS-SEM analysis was conducted on 392 valid replies from full-time employees five-star hotels Egypt using WarpPLS 7.0. The findings indicated that negatively affects employees’ positively (JS). In addition, GWE JS. Moreover, TSE moderates relationship, while TIL JS→GWE found significant mediating effect JS AIA→GWE enhances research AIA’s impact GWE, addressing gap existing empirical studies between these elements hotels. Overall, has potential be valuable contribution growing field sustainable business practices.

Purpose:The general purpose of this research was to analyze the effects perception authentic leadership on work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior through motivation for work.Design/Methodology/Approach: With a cross-sectional design, data were obtained from 300 employees belonging micro, small medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in all provinces Ecuador, establishing causal relationships regression confirmatory factor analysis supporting structural equation model. En la literatura actual, académicos e investigadores pronuncian necesidad empresarial de un clima organizacional caracterizado por el uso los avances tecnológicos para desarrollo las redes comunicacionales como herramientas que promueven relaciones interpersonales vinculan emociones y compromisos logro objetivos empleados organización. Es ello en esta investigación se establece vínculo entre estos constructos con propósito determinar relación Inteligencia Emocional Compromiso Laboral Mipymes Ecuador. Con aplicación metodología, bajo enfoque positivista, descriptivo, alcance explicativo nivel correlacional, estudio llevó a cabo micro, pequeñas medianas empresas (MiPymes) 24 provincias una muestra 300 seleccionadas, aplicaron escalas evaluar comportamiento variables. Los resultados revelaron existe directamente proporcional evaluados, indicando mayor inteligencia emocional grado compromiso laboral. hallazgos permitieron inferir que, mientras mejor sea conciencia regulación emociones, experimentarán labores empresariales.

This research is proposed to determine factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), tested on counselors, totaling 156 respondents. study applied three waves in data collection with an interval of 30 days and a multigroup analysis validate OCB. The technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using IBM SPSS AMOS v26. results showed that transformational leadership psychological capital could, directly indirectly, influence OCB substantially affect work engagement as mediator.
