This
study
was
undertaken
to
figure
out
the
relationship
between
some
biochemical
characteristics
in
seminal
plasma
with
semen
quality
of
Iraqi
buffalo
bulls
(Bubalus
bubalis).
Semen
diluted
Tris
extender
and
divided
based
on
sperm
cell's
individual
motility
into
two
groups.
The
first
group
included
good-semen
(GS;
n=3),
whereas,
second
poor-semen
(PS;
n=5).
differences
GS
BS
groups
all
attributes
lacked
significance.
A
negative
significant
(P≤0.05)
correlation
coefficient
noticed
cholesterol
concentration

This
study
was
conducted
to
investigate
the
relationship
between
concentration
of
some
fatty
acids
in
seminal
plasma
and
semen
characteristics
Holstein
bulls
with
different
sperm
freezabilities.

two

sperm’s
freezability:
