Cutaneous mixed tumor or chondroid syringoma is a rare benign, skin appendageal prevalent in areas of the head and neck. It represents cutaneous counterpart pleomorphic adenoma salivary glands. Its clinical presentation often misguides clinician to underdiagnose it as reactive lesion. We report case 94-year-old male admitted for excision carcinoma concurrently with pinna provisionally misdiagnosed keloid.
